Everything AUSTRAC expects, in three places.

Home tells you what to do next. Customers holds every check. Records keeps your program, reports and evidence. These are real screens from the example workspace, a fictional real estate agency.

Home: what to do next

Counts of what needs attention, your gap score and how it has moved over 90 days, the next three things to do and recent activity. Set-up steps stay here until they are done.

The VettedSale Home screen in the example workspace: four counts (5 checked this month, 3 open checks, 4 flagged, 2 staff overdue for training), an 85% gap score marked Solid with a 90-day trend line rising from 56% in July, and the next three things to do.

Every customer, with a clear status

One list of customers marked Checked, Needs info or Flagged, with search and status filters that show the count for each.

The Customers list: 28 example customers with filters showing the count for each status (Flagged, Needs info, Checked), each row with its risk rating and the date last screened, 15 to a page.

One page per customer

Identity, the company or trust and its owners, DFAT sanctions screening and the risk rating, all on one page.

A customer page for an example company, Coastline Bay Holdings Pty Ltd: the identity check, two beneficial owners with their shareholdings, sanctions screening results and a High risk rating with the sign-off recorded.

AI document check

Read an ID or company extract and see where it differs from the customer record. Nothing changes until you confirm it.

The AI document check comparing a sample passport with the customer record: two details flagged as different, three to fill in, and buttons to use each value.

Alerts that need a decision

Possible sanctions matches, overdue checks and re-opened checks, each linked to the customer.

The Alerts list, one row per customer: a possible sanctions match from an automatic re-screen, a re-opened check after a third-party payment, customers waiting for sign-off or escalation, and overdue tasks.

Records and reports to AUSTRAC

Your program, suspicion log, SMR and TTR register with a tipping-off warning, annual report, training, evaluation and calendar, under one set of tabs.

The Records area on the Reports to AUSTRAC tab: a tipping-off warning and the internal suspicion log with outcomes and compliance officer review.

A compliance pack on request

One A4 document with your gap score, program, risk matrix, customers, training, reports and version history, to print or download as Word.

The first page of an example AML/CTF compliance pack: the VettedSale wordmark, a contents list of ten sections and the gap score by item.
